Our Code of Conduct
What we should expect by doing business with each other
> "Do unto others as you'd have done to you."
SOMETIMES IT'S PRETTY DARING (and maybe not always in a good way) for any company to widely proclaim its code of conduct or organizational beliefs. It could be said that sort of stuff is for big companies with lots of money and staff.
That's not how I see it because my voiceover company has been trying to perform under this creed since day one. My customers and vendors since 1982 seem to appreciate it even though I've never posted it...I've simply just tried to live it.
By posting it now, for the world to see, I am not so much trying to pontificate as I am trying to communicate.
I hope this serves as a kind of clarion call to my valued clients and vendors as well as a reminder for everyone in my company:
- This is how our company should treat everyone we interact with
- This is how we expect to be treated by others
Neither we nor the world is perfect. With this published code of conduct, we will simply continue our company's journey towards perfection.
Thanks for joining us on the ride.
